Anyone having issues with the Shift MS app on the phone?

Anyone else find this platform very challenging to navigate & use? I complained a while ago & although my suggestion regarding colour of the font was taken on board it’s still one of the worst user friendly platforms I’ve ever used! I keep giving up using it because it frustrates me soo much!
