We released the "helpful" button a couple of weeks ago - it's a way for members to recognise a response that really helped them. And we're already thinking about what comes next.
We're looking for a handful of members to have a chat with us over Google Meet - about 60 minutes - to share your thoughts on some ideas we're exploring.
