Greetings all you msers. 👋This message is primarily for all those dealing with anxiety and depression but, anyone is welcome to share. Anxiety and depression is a beast. Depending on how you Google it she says, people dealing with MS are more than twice as likely to deal with depression or anxiety at some point then the average person. In dealing with my own anxiety and depression I have found two things to be helpful. First is prayer. Surrendering my feelings, and my own fight with these devastating emotions to God allows me to tap into His strength to aid in the battle. Secondly, I have found that when I turn my prayers to praying for others I'm all the more encouraged. I have developed a prayer list of those who wish to be prayed for, and it would be my honor to add you to that list, so that I can pray for you as well. My purpose is to pray that God would encourage and strengthen you specifically as you wrestle with anxiety and depression, just as He has me. Also, if you are open to it, I would be honored to reach out to you occasionally to see how things are going with you and to see if there are any specific needs I can pray for you about. For me my walking has been declining for the past 15 years or so. In the past year it has dramatically gotten worse. The Walker now isn't cutting it always. I have have always worked with my hands. It's depressing not being able to do projects as I wish. Here is a song by Casting Crowns called "The well". I feel it's a great song. Only if I could leave my problems at the well. https://youtu.be/JKioQPEW4do?feature=sharedGrace and peace to you

The Senility Prayer.....

Grant me the senility to forget the people I never liked anyway, the good fortune to run into the ones I do, and the eyesight to tell the difference.....

Help me stay positive …

I need to remember what I believe. That is OK to struggle, but not to live there. These pseudo flares scare me. At least I hope they’re not symptoms of something new. My brain feels muddy. The left side of my body is freaking out. The spasms are so painful. I would value and appreciate any po...
