So like I mentioned in my first post I am newly diagnosed with MS now my neurologist, is asking for a cervical MRI. Can anybody tell me why they need an MRI of my neck too when they already had one of my head??

Newly diagnosed figuring out life

Got diagnosed very randomly and didn’t realise my symptoms where symptoms which I know I am lucky for but now at 26 I’m having to make decisions about children a lot earlier than I planned. I know I wanted children before, anyone got any advice on being newly diagnosed and figuring out life?

Starting treatment soon but anything else to help?

Any other supplements besides vitamin d of course to help with Ms? I’m newly diagnosed and going to get treatment. What helps you guys? I’m young and scared I take fish oil, vitamin d, magnesium, b12, and iron. Does any oil help, yoga, etc?
