Thoughts of being newly diagnosed

Quick question

Just putting it out there. Would anyone with MS newly diagnosed or been diagnosed for years invest in a life coach? Not counselling but speaking to someone who has been through diagnosis and lived with the disease for years and maybe able to offer tips/advice ?

Help with Fatigue

I am newly diagnosed and I like most of you I’m sure have issues with fatigue. I currently take Provigil//Modafanil 200mg and 100mg to help with this but I still find myself exhausted. Does anyone else have any suggestions on what may help or what has worked for you?

Hi, I'm newly diagnosed. It took almost a year. The next step is a spinal tap. Has anyone had one? If so, what is it like? I'm nervous.
