Eating out?
Hi all and nice to connect!
I’m newly diagnosed, yet to know what dmt options there are for me and am on high dose steroids.
I’m following the overcoming ms diet. I’m due to eat out for the first time in a week or so. They cook in vegetable oil (not ideal) and can’t cater without that. I’m thinking I just order the best fit vegan option from the menu.
What do you guys do?
No diet will cure ms.
I would say eat food with less oil because you’ll go to toilet more often than not
