Looking for friends…

Just looking for a group of friends in the Monmouth County, NJ area that might be willing to have workout sessions at the gym. I’ve become overweight and I want to start a weight loss journey but it’s hard to find people that understand MS and can work out at my pace. I’m a novice at the gym culture...

Has anyone been through Paralympic classification?

Really weird question I know but wondering if anyone here has been through the Paralympic classification process with MS, I’m most likely going to be starting the process in September/October and starting to worry about what they will need from me

Come again?!…this med is how much per tx?!

Ok MS group, I saw a specialist in San Fran a couple of weeks ago and he determined that I am actually dealing with PPMS vs RRMS and thinks I need to be on Ocrevus vs my current dmt. $70,000 a year for two treatments…seriously?! I choked! MS might actually take my life from shock and awe rather t...

Siponimod reviews

Hi all, hope it’s okay to ask for people’s opinions. I was offered Siponimod a couple of years ago, apparently as an asthmatic it’s the only one I can have. At the time I turned it down due to the lowered immune system, UTI risks, eye issues risk, etc. the ones listed are because of a history of is...

A Huge Possibility.......

For me, I would say yes. Your life changes after being told you have M.S. For me, each year gets harder and new syste.ms show up For example, have you encountered the "M. S. Hug" yet. It is very painful as least it is for me. I had to get some Meds to help me. We all have off days & some may b...

Head to toe muscle spasms

Had the weirdest experience today. I was driving on the highway when all of a sudden I had what felt like muscle spasms from my head to my toe. I had a hard time breaking or using the gas. I wonder if this has anything to do with the MS

Exercise wall

I've hit a wall of effective exercise with ms. Fatigue is my kryptonite. I've got to 85kg size 34R but cannot shift/tone. I'm careful on what I eat with intermediate fasting 20/4 5 days out of 7. I exercise Dailey to my capabilities but hit a wall. I was 104kg 4 years ago and 36/38 waist. And was w...
