Exercise wall
I've hit a wall of effective exercise with ms. Fatigue is my kryptonite. I've got to 85kg size 34R but cannot shift/tone. I'm careful on what I eat with intermediate fasting 20/4 5 days out of 7. I exercise Dailey to my capabilities but hit a wall. I was 104kg 4 years ago and 36/38 waist. And was working fulltime at the time so had no energy to do much at the end of the day.now I am relatively free bar afew hours each week but my Fatigue is worse now than 4 years ago !?

Huge congrats on dropping from 104 kg to 85 kg and from a 36/38 to 34R - that’s real progress, especially while managing MS 💪 Hitting a wall is common, and it doesn’t erase how far you’ve come. A few ideas that might help with fatigue and the plateau (not a dr or a PT, just a fellow fatigue fighter who is on 16/8 IF): Try pacing and deloads: build in 1–2 lighter days per week or a lighter week every 4–6 weeks. Focus on short, split sessions (e.g., 2×15–20 min) with low‑impact cardio (zone‑2 walks/cycle) plus 2–3 brief strength sessions. If 20/4 feels draining, experiment with 14–16/8 or add a small pre-workout snack Prioritize sleep, hydration, and cooling (MS fatigue can worsen with heat). If fatigue has clearly worsened, ask your clinician to review meds and labs (iron, B12, vitamin D, thyroid) and consider an MS‑aware physio? You’re doing brilliantly - make sure you remember to give yourself that credit every once in a while. You’ve got this. 💪
