How do we cope

How do you fit it all in, I get up at 5am taking Fampyra, wait until 8am to start Mavenclad, in the mean time have to fit Baclofen, Heart Attack meds and Diabetic meds in, was easier last year without Fampyra and Heart meds. Rant over, only two weeks to go 😀

Does the Baclofen pump really work?

My neurologist really wants me to get one, so do I, but for reasons I may write about later, the timing just isn't right. I'd like to hear from someone who actually has one?

Tizanidine

Does anyone take Tizanidine (instead of Baclofen)? Baclofen didn’t help me, but I have been told to try this? Just wondered if there is anything to be mindful of. Thank you in advance! 😊

I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) back in 2018. Since then, I’ve been managing my condition with medications, specifically Baclofen and Pregabalin. Fortunately, I don’t need any other treatments at the moment. While the right side of my body remains weak and I walk with a cane, I am able to carry out all of my daily activities, including driving, spending time with friends, and fully enjoying life—ups and downs included.I recently started exercising, and I feel much better. I truly believe that with consistent physical activity, I can return to a more normal state, though I know I have a long road ahead of me.Thank you for your ongoing support. I’m grateful for the strength and progress I’ve made and look forward to the journey ahead.

Questions

I have had MS for over 28 years and I have been on Betaseron, Copaxone, Avonex, Steroid IV Infusions and I am now on Gilenya. I have a Baclofen pump and a port. If anyone has any questions please feel free to reach out to me. I am all ears and open to helping others cope with their diagnosis of MS.
