Convinced I have MS

Hi, I’m 52, born without my right leg due to mild spina bifida… I’ve always had problems with my hip/pelvis as it was deformed at birth and X-ray shows massive difference in the two hips.. had to stop wearing false leg in 2010. I’ve suffered with different types of spasms as well as hip pain for years, now, med wise I’m up to 75mcg fentanyl patch, baclofen and diazepam for spasms and fluoxetine. Trying to keep this short but over years, spasms and pains have been getting worse and spreading .. out of the list of 13 symptoms associated with MS, I have 11 strongly. Was diagnosed with sleep apnoea and hypersomnia so that covered the fatigue but everything’s been getting worse. Finally seeing a GP that says that because of my birth defects my whole situation is “very complex”… I’ve had bloods done which come back fine, had a brain scan yesterday and an appt at pain clinic (initially to discuss Botox for muscle cramps in my stump/hip/butt, but GP wants multi disciplinary team to get involved.. I feel a bit of a fraud downloading this site but everything is pointing in this direction. What will happen next? How quickly ? (NHS) What can I expect ? Sorry for the long message but symptom wise I could go on for another chapter or two but I won’t bore you with that. TIA Jonti
@JJPac

I think there is some overlap with disorders and neurological disorders. For example, I now have a history of brain seizure but, it does not necessarily mean I have epilepsy. 🧠 Hope you find the answers you're looking for, regards.
