Disability Discrimination Act UK Advice
Hello my fellow MSers
I have RRMS and one of the permanent issues I have are bladder and bowel control. I've returned to work after a relapse (triggered by work-related stress) and have asked if I could have the ability to reserve a desk near the bathroom (we book desks) as part of my OH workplace assessment. I have been refused this, as it's not under DSE (display screen equipment) regulations.
Is this right, as it has nothing to do with DSE as far as I am concerned and is absolutely related to my disability?
Any advice is gratefully received and very much appreciated xx
get a doctor , or medical note. when they have a medical note they don’t have choice
