Long Flights ✈️

Is there any assistance available for booking business class flights due to MS? I find economy class exhausting, and it feels unfair that we have to pay so much for what is a necessity rather than a luxury. Do you also feel drained after long flights in economy seating?

Does anyone stay in?

Im scared to go out alone incase I fall over. My dizziness is constant and too drained to go out. Or even scared incase I have a trigeminal neuralgia attack from the wind. So hard 😔

Worried About My MS

Hello, So I have broken two bones so far this year - both difficult to break. I haven't broken any bones since this year. And I'm finding it tiring to walk anywhere. Just the thought makes me want to nap. I haven't had a very good year. Last year, my husband took bad while out on his motorbike w...

Tiredness/fatigue

What does MS tiredness and fatigue feel like? I don’t think I’ve ever experienced it before until now (perhaps). Despite a full nights sleep my body feels exhausted. My mind doesn’t feel tired but it’s like all the energy has been drained out of me. Does this sound like fatigue caused by MS? My spec...

Not used to this at all! I already take the recommended dose of vitamin D and multi vitamins. When I’m feeling poorly it...

Mental health

How do you deal with the trauma that comes with the life changing condition . I’ve been feeling mentally drained and wondered if anyone else feels this. Something simple as watching tv and seeing people able to walk “normally” or wanting to try something new like a sport but lacking confidence😣
