Blue Badge parking. Has anyone else had issues with parking in a blue badge parking space and received a parking fine. I just received one from Euro Parking when I parked at the Nelson Hospital. I was unaware that I had to register inside the hospital building. I have appealed online and waiting for a response. This is not the first time this has happened with the same company. I was under the impression that blu badge holders were exempt from paying to park in a blue badge area. This happened before at Sainsburys and Gatwick. The Gatwick charge was wavered as I told them I had booked online to drop off someone. Their cameras are unable to see that I clearly had a blue badge displayed on my screen. Is there a law in place for disabled drivers with a blue badge that exempts them from paying to park. This is ridiculous. Let me know if anyone else has had this problem. Many thanks.
