Newly diagnosed

I was just diagnosed in July. My first symptoms and lesions were in 2019 but I was in limbo until a lumbar puncture recently for diagnosis. Partly because symptoms overlap chronic migraine and FM which I have. So my neurologist was looking for something strictly MS. I did get drop foot but that wasn't enough for diagnosis. I got the lumbar puncture because there was an episode of leg weakness and having trouble walking. It freaked me out. So he did the test. He had convinced me it wasn't MS so now that it is I'm having a hard time wrapping my head around it. And not sure with my comorbid conditions how I'm supposed to recognize a relapse

Hello, I'm sorry to hear you had to wait so long until your diagnosis! My problems also started in 2019. Im just wondering do you still have foot drop? It's just yoga really helped me loose foot drop and get my balance back so I thought it's worth mentioning to you! I wish for you the best on your journey

@iannapier84 I do, but not as bad as I did. I suppose it might get worse again
