Newly Diagnosed

Hi everyone. I was recently diagnosed with RRMS in February. I’m in my senior year of college working part-time and a track coach. I’ve always had a busy lifestyle between sports, school, work, and family time and ever since my diagnosis I need a good hour nap almost every day it seems. I know I need to learn how to lighten my schedule, but I honestly need new hobbies to fill all the free time. Any recommendations on hobbies that you’ve picked up since/found more important since your diagnosis? Between my steroid infusions two months ago and starting Ocrevus, I’m basically back to 100% other than stress-induced pseudo symptoms, so there are no limitations to hobby ideas 💛

That's amazing that you're feeling so well 🥰 I'm unfortunately not feeling good since my diagnosis so my hobby (dancing) is suuuuuper hard for me at the moment. I'm hoping once I'm on treatment it will be easier, who knows! I don't have any hobby ideas but just wanted to say you're doing an awesome job 👏🏼

Hi I was always active until 3years it's more difficult now but a few months ago started doing yoga/Pilates everyday its really helped me with fatigue, walking and spasms, I find just going outside in the fresh air helps, also when I was first diagnosed I brought the book by Judy Graham ms Naturally it's got some great advice on diet, exercise, I just try to keep moving all day and getting into into a routine which I find really hard (I have always been disorganised
