What vitamins should I take (& food)?

Hi all, I wonder if anyone could advise me what vitamins / supplements are worth taking, and what foods are helpful or unhelpful for MS? I've joined a few Facebook groups but some of them are so evangelical about solving all health problems with food and vitamins, and they all contradict each other, and I've become horribly confused and almost given up. I don't want to make drastic diet changes that are difficult to live with (I tried that and it just made me more stressed and unhappy) and I don't want to take 25 pills a day, but I'm wondering if some of you who have looked into all of this could give me some balanced ideas of what is important and helpful to take, and to eat or avoid eating? I take 5000ui of vitamin D and a probiotic every day, and iron most days. I bought a big tin of turmeric to make "golden pills" with but its still sitting in a cupboard. I do add it to food sometimes but I don't love the taste. I try to eat lots of veggies, and also liver and bone broth sometimes. Thanks in advance for your thoughts! (Lots of people talk about LDN and I have questions about that too - is it worth it, does it work alongside DMTs, would my neuro approve or scoff, and how would I get it in the UK?)

Oh and I try to eat oily fish fairly frequently.

As long as you have a decent, balanced diet with lots of fresh fruit & veggies, don't stress yourself. Neuros will advise taking Vit D & B12 - there is a wealth of scientific evidence to back them up, as you know. Aside from that, it's an individual choice. None of the 'MS diets' have been shown to reduce relapses or progression, but they are all good, healthy diets regardless of whether you have MS or not. My choice is a high protein vegan diet (lots of pulses, nuts & seeds - I might be a bit farty!), and I also take my D & B complex vitamins.
