My first post on here. I need advice

Hello. I am UK based. I have been diagnosed with Remitting Relapse and take Tysabri monthly. I have been taking Tysabri for a year now and had to get an MRI scan done. I did it. Got told my scan is alot worse than last year. I have new active liesions. JCV is negative. Had to get a lumber puncture done. On my letter it mentions Lemtrada and Stem Cell treatment. What's everyone's opinion on Stem Cell? I don't plan to take Lemtrada. I don't plan to take either. I eat a Costco Pizza slice and Vanilla Flat White with Almond Milk. Is coffee bad for MS people? This is rarely. Not everyday at all Thanks

@m4na63 This sounds so familiar. I got worse on Tysabri and was given the same options…I went HSCT which I completed March 22. It’s a hard decision( considering, work, children, recovery) so it’s not to be taken lightly! You can look into your diet and lifestyle because big changes will definitely make a difference, but don’t be too hard on yourself MS is hard enough! x

@Reena Thank you. It is a hard decision. I know. I don't want to do it personally. I totally understand with family etc. Super sad. How long was the treatment? How painful is the procedure? Is it a Chemotheropy? How do you feel after the treatment?
