MS Fatigue Event, London, 3/9/16
A team of international researchers from King’s College London and Queen Margaret University Edinburgh have been looking at treatments for fatigue in MS, both with exercise and with behaviour, to try to find out which treatments are most effective. - This free session will tell you about what they have found out so far. They now also want to think about new treatments that could help. - They would like to talk about the findings with people with MS, their families, friends and carers. - They would also like to find out which exercise and behavioural treatments you would ideally like to see available as part of standard NHS treatment. WHEN: Saturday, 3 September 2016 from 10:00am to 12:30pm WHERE: London - Function Room, Henriette Raphael Building, 1 Talbot Yard (next to Guy's Hospital), London, SE1 1UL For further information and to book a place, please visit http://msfatigue_london.eventbrite.com before 1/9/16 or contact: Dr Anthony Harrison, Health Psychology Section, Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience, 5th Floor Bermondsey Wing, Guys Campus, London SE1 9RT, Kings College London. Someone in London should go and share the outcome! Definitely a symptom that affects many but with very few answers. I know I need all the help I can get with this just can't make it to London from Sydney.
Thanks for posting - will see if I can get to this.
