Aim for a strong immune system?

For years my family and partner have been on at me to improve my diet and take vitamins etc to get a good immune system going, a strong one. Since the medication I'm on aims to reduce my immune system i.e. white blood cell count, why do I want a good immune system? Why do I want to increase my white blood cell count if I'm trying to lower by popping a pill every morning? They get mad at me for looking at it in this way but its what has done and continues to do all the damage. I feel like vitamins etc would be rewarding it for treating me so cruelly. Wondered where everybody else stood when it comes to diet and vitamins with regards to improving your immune system? My way of thinking makes sense to me but maybe someone else can convince me there's a flaw in my theory but in the meantime I'm off to get some ice cream David

Hi @fendercali. I struggle to get the enthusiasm to cook or prepare any food quite often, sticking to a diet would be impossible. I do vitamin d and ridiculously high rda biotin for no other reason than, why not?!

As for the immune system question, I thought that a side effect of techfidera was not having one or having a reduced one.
