Just a quick hello

Hey guys, I just wanted to introduce myself. I was newly diagnosed in February with relapsing/remitting MS. I started treatment with Ocrevus in May and so far things are good. It's still a bit of an emotional minefield for me and I haven't quite got my head around the reality that I have MS but I am being positive. Has anyone have any tips or suggestions regarding exercise and diet?

Hi! Welcome to the forum. To be quite frank, changing lifestyle to a healthier one has helped me on the meds front. Cleaner food, workouts and better sleep does make it better. I signed up with a lifestyle coach a year ago and he has helped me to keep in check with that. It assisted me a lot when I started Mavenclad.

Hi I have been doing the Best Bet diet for 8 years and feel so much better on it going gluten free really helps with fatigue, the 6 months I have been doing yoga/Pilates everyday and it's made a big difference my mobility is better and I don't have so much pain,I also take alot of supplements but one of the ones which really helps is Vitamin B Complex
