Hello everyone I hesitate to post this, since I know a lot of people are struggling with relapses and all sorts of problems, but if I can't say it here, then where can i share? My latest MRI was, in the words of my taciturn and overworked GP "estable", which I think can be understood by the anglophones. That means I haven't had any disease progression since roughly this time in 2018. I'd like to thank my mother, who always believed in me, etc etc etc... The secret? Well two courses of Mavenclad, moving country to somewhere sunnier and more relaxed, inserting an industrial quantity of fruit and veg into my diet and almost entirely eschewing anything ultra processed... I'm still affected by MS on the daily and I'm still miserable (I almost always was), but I suppose things could be a lot worse. My love and respect to everyone on here. I try to make all my posts positive and helpful (my writing, a little less so lol) cos I believe in solidarity amongst the pwMS and that my current stability means I should look out for the less stable among us. I'm recently furious about the lack of access to DMTs for pwMS in some developing countries, what can be done about that? This post is long enough, take care everyone. Alan

That's really encouraging! So pleased for you! Well done on all your diet efforts etc and long may the M.S. pause button continue to be stuck!
