Ayurveda and alternative treatments ..

Hi all, I am messaging to ask if anyone has tried any alternative treatments and has had their MS improve/disappear? I was diagnosed a couple of months ago with relapse remitting MS and live my life quite “normally”, but I know that my walking is not how it was and I start to limp, balance is off etc etc. My MS nurse is keen to start me on disease modifying therapy where I inject monthly but I am terrified of it and being of Indian heritage , have always been interested in Ayurveda, there are companies that claim to “cure” it, but for me, even if I see some improvement, that would make me happy. I am trying to improve my diet and focus on fitness etc but there are not enough hours in the day. I work full time as a head of department in a secondary school. Please let me know if anyone has any experience of alternative therapies.

Hi I read your previous post and I can associate with the set of circumstances you suffered. It was a Monday morning for me, that's when I fell 5 times trying to get to the car to drive to work. I had no idea what I was going to do when I got there. My trigger was stress, (my wife was dieing, my job was too much and being a man I couldn't ask for help). Try to identify your triggers and avoid them.
