Thoughts on fitness?

I was diagnosed with MS in March 2019. After my 3rd ocrevus infusion I noticed that ocrevus was in fact going to do fuck all. So i decided to take up fitness. I decided to start running around my local primary school field, To my absolute horror I resembled that of which I can only describe as like a Phoebe from Friends type run so after a few laps I walked back home. Mortified by my lack of fitness and close resemblance to a bag of spuds I decided upon a new approach, weight lifting. I got my light kettle bell 10 kg and started with kettle bell swings. OH my God was this a bad idea, after my first swing I took off and followed the kettle bell across the room asif directly fired from a canon I then swiftly moved on to a cold shower. I stepped into the shower naked turning the setting to maximum cold, to which point I stood there friged and in shock, I then jumped straight out the shower and sliped landing clean on my back, As I lay there on my back I stared at the ceiling and thought maybe fitness is not for me , but I shouldn't feel too bad about it as most Neurologists are fat anyway. Disclaimer if your easily offended you'll be gutted you read that (I'm a bit of a prick so I thought I'd put this at the end) Say Hi though.
