Hello 👋 I’m in Scotland and newly diagnosed with RRMS a couple weeks ago. I’m trying to decide which treatment to go on. It needs to be a highly effective one. My neurologist and MS nurse are very much in favour of Ocrevus. We have also discussed Tysabri but they are pushing me more towards Ocrevus. I am awaiting my JC virus result. I have asthma and if I get cold/flu I get asthma flare up and I can be unwell and out of action for a good month. I seem to get colds easily even though I am very fit, eat healthy and do everything I can to stay well. Has anyone else got this issue and which DMD are you on? Anyone with asthma on Ocrevus? What’s your experience with the Ocrevus and asthma? Do you pick up more cold/flu infections? Are you more susceptible in the first month only or is it the whole time? I see that one of the side effects is being more likely to get respiratory infections which really worries me. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
