Exercise

Hi there. My life is very difficult, have been unemployed for years now, live in a house of chaos, really need to get out of this place because it's impossible to be positive around these people. When I met my partner, someone made a lot of debt on her name which we have been paying for the last 8 years now, at one stage there wasn't money for food so we had to eat what we could - which gave me a extra 30kg over the years (sigh) so I am very much overweight. Now that the debt is almost finished and we would finally be able to LIVE I was diagnosed with RRMS which is the main reason for my depression. Anyway we are about to start a protein diet and exercise, we did do the exercise in the past about 2 years ago and it made me feel very very good, but we had to stop. I don't think I will be able to handle it again because lately I get tired very easy and we are not aloud to get too hot, am I right? My question is, does exercise really trigger a flare up? And what exercise would y'all recommend is safe? Sorry for asking so many questions. The doctors we have here are not very helpful, if I don't ask they don't say anything. I never been sick really and this is all new to me so I really don't know what to ask them. Frustrating really because I am a person that likes to know what to expect so feeling pretty out of control in my own life, almost like I am living someone else's life. I am a prisoner in this room I live in and now I am a prisoner in my body as well. :(

Don't do this to yourself, you're paving a way for depression! Been there and done that, and I could tell you, it was a waste of time. Own your MS! Don't let it own you! Everything has to be done in proportion, don't over do it. A stroll in the park is usually good, usually follow home video excercises (you can find them on youtube).

Swimming is great as you can't fall over in water. Yoga is free on youtube and great for strength and balance. I used to like the exercise bikes and weights but I've been lazy since covid.
