What it was like what happened what it's like now!
When I was a freshman in high school I was 5 ft 7 325 lb I was picked on every day I was a very sad 14 year old (that was in 1998) the football coach came over to me one day and said dang boy I need players like you to finally get noticed felt amazing. my senior year I was 6 ft 4 285 lb and had more muscles than any shirt could handle. I found 13 lesions on my brain and they didn't know what or why I had them. finally a neurologist suggested that I get a spinal tap to figure out what is going on I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2005 my life almost ended because my heart exploded in fear, panic, worry. I got into a 12-step program shortly after because I didn't want to be here anymore. In the 12-step program they suggest believing in a higher power. It was hard for me to believe in a higher power because of the situation I was in. They tell us that we have to give away the knowledge we have so we can keep it. MSers are the best support, we have empathy for each other and that's beautiful. God bless you.
