MS and Thyroids

Hello folks, hope you've all had a good week. My wife was diagnosed with RRMS back in early 2020, shortly after having been diagnosed with - and treated for - acute Graves disease. Some of the symptoms of acute Graves disease blur with the symptoms of her MS (brain fog, word jumble, balance, mood) Her thyroid has been mostly "boringly normal" for a few years now, but I wondered if anyone else had experienced a combination of thyroid and ms related issues close together, and how they affected you? Thanks as always x
@Rebeccaann

I have Hashimotos the other end of the scale to graves. A lot of the symptoms are similar to MS so you get a double dose of brain fog, anxiety, mood swings, tingling limbs. I take medication everyday before breakfast and it works. I also take relaxant tablet at night for both conditions which helps. Helps my muscles relax also a good night sleep is fundamental for both a hormone imbalance and MS. The biggest problem I have is word jumble, I live in Spain and am bilingual most of the time but now and again I talk spanglish and I forget the words.
