Hello All

Hello all, I just joined this site this morning. I have been in relapse and remit since I was diagnosed 11 years ago. I came on here because I would like to share what I've been doing to treat my multiple sclerosis and what helps me to get through each day. I am looking to find like-minded, open-minded people. I make no claims that I am a doctor nor have I been in the medical field. I feel the best experience comes from those who live it. This is my first time using this site so please bear with me. I am a person that has an extreme sensitivity to prescription medications. There are very few medications that my body agrees with. I have chosen diet, exercise and cannabis. There is always been a stigma around cannabis. That needs to change. You would not know by looking at me that I have multiple sclerosis. In fact, I was diagnosed with epilepsy 3 years before my multiple sclerosis diagnosis, which is when I started using cannabis to help with my seizures. In 2018, I had brain surgery to remove a benign tumor from my left optic nerve. I was in the hospital for 9 days. When I was released and returned home it took a total of two weeks for me to get back to completely normal. My surgeon was amazed at how quickly I recovered. At that time, I told him that he should make me a case study. Here I am today. I have never had the need to use a cane or a wheelchair. I can honestly say that 14 years of daily cannabis use is the proof in the pudding! Thank you!

Hello! I'm feeling great today. I just got back from doing a big grocery shopping. I'm very lucky to be in Colorado. I'm so grateful that I'm able to utilize the plant. Hope you're doing well today!
