Heat and stuff

The heat is going to be high this weekend in the uk. Really feeling flat, was diagnosed March with it and am only 52. Work managers have not helped but there are some there i can call friends the only way I can get too work is the lift as on 3rd floor but I had to walk it on Monday cos not working...

Walking help

What medical aid would y’all say works better with ms? I have a wheel chair and a walker and crutches. The crutches don’t help, the wheel chair helps a lot but I hate being a crutch to others so I don’t use it the walker is too small now that I’m older.
