I honestly feel exercise stretching and swimming are the best thing for Ms pain related things. The meda for me are not as effective. With swimming I was able to stop pregablin completely

Physiotherapy exercises every morning helps me with pain relief, I think it is due to the release of endorphins, in the brain. 🧠 As an added non-medicinal pain relief, I go to weekly Bowen Therapy. 💆🏻
