Feeling frustrated

Went to my first neurologist ever and finally got my notes back. Half of the stuff he wrote in the note was completely wrong - the way he described what I was feeling, saying that I had taken opiates in the past when I never have, said I had equal and reactive pupils when he didn’t even look at them...
