Moving to Ocrevus

I’m moving to ocrevus from Kesimpta and I’m a little nervous! I’m moving because I don’t really have any symptoms thankfully but I get incredibly tired for about 24 hrs and it really bums me out once a month. I also am thinking of having children in the near future so it seems like the logical switc...

Kesimpta. First dose

Hi. Had my first kesimpta injection this morning. Pls tell me it gets better. By 4pm I was starting to feel bad. Aches, pains, headache, freezing, skin hurts, joint pain. Does anyone know how long it lasts for. I’m hoping I’ll feel better in the morning. Good this is awful. If it’s like this every t...

Switching back to Ocrevus..?

I switched from six monthly Ocrevus infusions to at home monthly Kesimpta injections when Covid struck, so I didn’t have to spend half a day in the petri dish of the local hospital, getting infused. Now the NHS are about to release a 15 minute under skin injection. I understand Kesimpta is suppo...

Being "Switched" to cheaper drugs

https://www.independent.co.uk/news/health/ms-tyruko-tysabri-drug-side-effects-nhs-b2754395.html How widespread is this and is it only Tysabri and (from what I read on another site) possibly Tecfidera affected at the moment? I would hate to be pulled away from Kesimpta and onto a "simillar" drug wh...

Kesimpta

I have been off DMTs for a long time. I'm going to be seeing a neurologist here mid June. I was going to see about getting on Kesimpta. Is anyone currently taking or has taken this? I'm just wondering how it's worked/working for you and what your experiences have been like. Much love 💕

Reoccurring tonsillitis. I’m on week 6 of tonsillitis and this isn’t the first time since being on Kesimpta. My nurses and Gp think it could be due to the Kesimpta and I’ve been offered to switch to ocrevus. Has anyone experienced anything similar or have any advice? Thank you all

Kesimpta and yellow fever vaccine

Hello! I am wondering if any else has experience around this. Quick summary, I was diagnosed last year and only started treatment this week (the nhs lost my records 🙁so it was delayed). Before starting Kesimpta I asked about any vaccines I should get and was told nothing live, but I didn’t need any...
