I HATE my neurologist right now! At my last appointment he listed to absolutely NOTHING I had to say about my concerns. I came away feeling so overwhelmed and frustrated! 😩 I live in a rural area in Nebraska, so he is the only option I have unless I want to travel 4 hours to Colorado. As soon as I got home from my appointment (a 45 minute drive) I called the doctors offices in Colorado and got the ball rolling for a second opinion for managing my health care. I shouldn’t have to feel this way (crappy all the time) when I know there are options available for me. As far as MS patients, I’d say I’m one of the lucky ones. It could be a lot worse. I’d like to get my symptoms under control before they run rampant throughout my body. My current neurologist seems to think that I should have a sleep study and take vitamin K2 and all will be well with the me. I don’t understand how those things will take away my lingering vertigo, increased migraines and speech issues? Ugh! So if anyone here has a great neurologist at UCHealth in Denver, Colorado that you’d like to tell me about, please let me know! ♥️
