A couple months ago I tested highly positive for gluten antibodies in a blood sample. Biopsies confirm I have coeliac. I put it to my MS neurologist that my ataxia, positive lumbar puncture and brain lesions are actually symptoms of gluten intolerance (by reading scientific papers). He humoured me by rolling his eyes and said if I cut out gluten and my brain lesions resolve he'll write it up (he not convinced!) My competitive side has kicked off. Does anyone else want to give up gluten with me and see?!
