@mishal1 hey buds. Ocrevus has helped me tremendously I find it’s one of the better medications in my opinion. Physically speaking you have to work on it always. You will find that the foggy thinking with improve. Best Jorge

@mishal1 The thing that helped me when I was diagnosed in 2019, was to read up on as much information about MS as I possibly could manage and also to talk to people who also suffer from MS (I must admit, this took me a while, I was massively in denial for a couple of months, which is also completely natural I think). For me personally, the emotional and mental problems MS causes me, I find worse than my physical problems. Although this can, of course, be different for everyone. I still go to a medical psychologist (as it is called here) and I find it helps me a lot to on one side, deal with my diagnosis, and on the other side to help me cope with day to day issues and moods I find myself in. The time after your diagnosis is hard, just know we've all been there and, if you're up for it, don't be afraid to reach out to someone who knows how you feel. Hope things will be better for you soon! Best, Noortje
