Waiting for MRI results

Last year my neurologist’s secretary sent me my MRI report ahead of the doctors letter which took 3 months or so. This year the secretary is not willing to send on my report and I am worry this is because my MRI this time is not all clear- am I overthinking it? I’ve now been waiting for my results since mid/late September and it seems crazy that I might have to wait 3 months for my results. I’ve contacted my MS team and they haven’t offered to phone me up or have the report sent out. Not nice living in suspense

That is normal, I had my MRI end of August, and my hospital have an online portal , and they just uploaded the MRI report this week It can be a slow process. Not that I understand the report. Good luck

Granted I am not in the UK, but typically here in Ohio I request a copy of my disc and the radiologist gives it to me at the end of my MRI test. The official report goes to the doctor and is uploaded on the patient portal. Naturally, I peek at the CD of the MRI at home and try to look…but sometimes I’m sure that I see a spot and then my doctor explains that I was wrong. I hope all goes well and that you receive your results very soon. That sounds like a long time to wait.
