Limbo land

Just need to VENT! 1 year ago I started to feel really run down. Test after test was normal, except for high antibodies of Epstein Barr (I had mono real bad 25 years ago), and my doc said it was likely a reactivation. But, the symptoms never stopped. Exhaustion alone evolved into pain everywhere, eye pain, tingling and burning feet and hands, terrible heel pain, tight and stiff calves (especially behind my knees), dizziness, and weakness. A hot shower can send me to bed for hours or a couple days. I have urinary urgency and frequency and have been told it's BPH though a recent CT scan shows a normal sized prostate. Sometimes when I move it feels like my foot or arm just got doused in water but it's not wet at all. Six months ago my brain MRI was unremarkable. Insurance wouldn't approve a spinal MRI. a somatosensory evoked potential test was normal. Two weeks ago my neuro ordered a lumbar puncture, and they found 4 oligoclonal bands in my spinal fluid only. He now believes it is possible I have MS. Cancers were ruled out. Infections were ruled out. Systemic diseases have been ruled out. Am waiting to hear if this is enough evidence for insurance to cover the spinal MRI. Awaiting another brain MRI in the future. The waiting and not knowing is nearly unbearable. It's consumed most of my life. And truly, I don't have the energy to do much. Little things take all the spoons. I used to be so incredibly active. End rant
@EvyDeWinter

It looks a lot like the symptoms i have. I´m diagnosed RRMS after eye problems. I had a MRI of the head, of the spine, a lumbal puncture and a blood test. Hope you know the result soon, so you can start proper treatment!

@EvyDeWinter thank you so much! The not knowing is the worst!
