Feet fiasco
Hi all, diagnosed with RRMS and starting Ocrevus on Monday. My main symptoms are unbalance/falling over and cognitive fuzziness. I’ve started to experience weird feelings in both feet which is affecting my sleep. Feet are either cold (by day) or hot (by night)- the hot feeling is what is affecting my sleep. Whether cold or hot they ache. Any tips for managing this? I’ve put freezer packs in the freezer to stand in on a night time but the only relieve the feeling as long as I’m stood on them! I didn’t exactly have hot feet, but upper body. What I did was buy a long hot water bottle, fill, and place in the freezer. It worked well for bringing down my temperature.
Good luck with starting ocrevus. I have just started it, at the start of June. I had my 2nd infusion last Tuesday. I have problems with my feet, but with them swelling up. Sometimes I have cold feet too. Have you got a ms nurse? Maybe pass it by them, if you have one.
