Life after having Covid

Hello, can anybody who has had Covid19 provide any experiences of what life after Covid is like for them? I tested positive for Covid about 4 weeks ago (I first caught Covid over one year ago) and have been really struggling since. For some reason this time around it has really hit me bad and my breathing has not returned to the state it was. Just standing up makes me breathless. I'm pretty sure that as I am on Kesimpta, my T cells are pretty low and this is the reason I feel like I do. As usual, I can't seem to get any support or talk to any doctor about how I am feeling as it's impossible to get an appointment. I phoned 111 after the positive test and somebody called me back 2 days later to ask how I was. I had no offer of anti virals or anything, the person who called had a really bad mobile phone reception and we were unable to hear each other. Consequently, I never got any anti virals or anything. I phoned to make an appointment at my local GP surgery to speak with a doctor and to get a fit note as I was unable to go to work and I just received a text message with a link to download the Fit note. I sent the fit note to work and here I am 3 weeks later, still feeling like crap (although the cough has pretty much cleared up). I will be calling the doctors today to start the process of speaking to someone but don't much hope of getting an appointment. Any feedback on how a Covid infection has left you long term, would be appreciated. Generally I'm the kind of person who is able to bounce back from a relapse or carry on and work through a bad cold, etc, but this time I just feel totally floored. My cognition seems to be a bit shot and having some brain fog at the moment so that isn't helping much. TIA
