Hi everyone, new here…Diagnosed in 1998 aged 27. Had intravenous steroids in hospital at the time. Had first DMT last august. Mavenclad. Still waiting for lymphocytes to recover from first round, and it’s been over a year. Wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience. Running out of time to have the final dose. X fingers. Wondering what other people have done if they have had same thing happen? Thank you so much, Stina
How are you feeling on the medication? Did you experience any other side-effects, but the low lymphocytes?
Hi Anya I wish I could answer your question clearly but I’ve had long Covid on top of MS & menopause, so all unclear. I did feel completely wiped out when taking the medication & for months after. Went off food for a bit, and a bit headachey but otherwise ok I seem to remember? The usual problems just stayed as they were. After a year I do feel some small improvement I think? Bladder wise? Just the blessed lymphocytes to go. Have to be patient & keep faith they will return :) Good luck if you are considering it as an option. It went ok. Bestest wishes Xx
