Pip forms where do I start

Good morning I'm shelly I'm 33 and was diagnosed with relapsing remitting MS in April this year, since being diagnosed iv had two relapses one of which I was in hospital for just over a week and was limited to what I could do at home for several weeks. I have two children 7 and 3 years so this was also a very stressful time not just for me but also my partner and family members that had to help and support with my children. I was off work for just 4 months and I have just started back at work on a faised retern and reduced hours for a while I am really struggling with the pip form and if I should even make a claim as this type of ms is a bit unpredictable I'm still not back to my old self I am on medication that I take fortnightly that wipes me out the next day The pip forms are really stressing me out I'm unable to get help from the COA in filling out the forms due to covid iv extended the form till the 8th Sept and I'm not the best at filling and working stuff the best Is there hope for being awarded for relapsing remitting ms or shall I just save myself the stress. Help and advice will be much appreciated

CAB should be able to help over the phone or by appointment, they are good. Base your answers on your worst day and good luck

Dear @Shelly87, a good place to start (at home) is the website, www.benefitsandwork.co.uk That will tell you about the form, with tips on how to fill it in. It's run by a non-governmental organisation, so they are on "your side" rather than the government (who will do you no favours...). Good luck, and best wishes, Jon
