I am from Minnesota, I have been married for 32 years, we have 3 grown children, and 2 grand children. I have had MS for 20 years, was diagnosed in 1999. I have been on 3 different meds, started with copaxone, loved it, was working great, so I thought until I went to a new nuerologist and he gave me a new MRI series and found over 2 dozen new active lesions! Needless to say he started me on Rebif, was a rough drug to start but it worked for me for 9 years, but after 9 years of feeling like I had the flu everyday, we found out that that one to had stopped working and I have more active lesions! So now I had the choice of a bunch of new meds....my husband and I along with my nuerologist decided on Aubagio, nice not to have to do shots anymore. It was a great drug, not many side effects, but this one only worked for me for 3 years:( And now after finding new lesions on parts of my spine that I have never had them before! We decided to hit it hard and go with Ocryvas! It is one of the meds on the top of the list! My brother who has primary progressive is on it and now me with Relapse remitting is on it to try to stop it from progressing. Just had my first Infusion today! Wasn't a great experience, but there is hope in it working, my second one is in 2 weeks and after that 6 months and then I will have another MRI to see how things are going:) Let's hope for the best! Well that is Me in a nut shell. Sorry if this bored anyone.

Hey! It was very interesting and useful for me to read your story. Could you please tell a bit about how you feel? Can you walk on your own? What generally disturbs you? Sorry for being a little bit impolite, it is just very important for me, ‘cause now I am on Copaxone and afraid of other drugs. Thank you in advance.

Hello 👋 so sorry to hear cause I feel like I have the flu almost every day. Sometimes it goes away but 9 times out of 10 I have those feelings. I know I’ve been diagnosed since 2011 but I swear I can’t differentiate a symptom or a relapse, cause sometimes I’ll feel like crap 💩 for a couple days then fine a couple days or weeks then right back to it n then stays a couple of days but I usually never go to hospital for flu-like symptoms. Wanted to know if anyone thinks it’s just me having symptoms or am I actually relapsing?? Idk a confused 🤷‍♀️ old head who needs to learn more I know. Well thanks 🙏🏻 for ur story plz let me know what you think
