Scunnered!!

I have just been made redundant for the second time in 2 years. My employment also comes with tied accommodation, so now we've got to find somewhere else to live, as well as a new job. I had an interview for a job last week and my partner and I absolutely loved the place, the job, the whole package. They called a day later and offered me the job. Before I accepted, I told them about my ms, which doesn't affect my work in any way. The offer was then withdrawn, with them saying they couldn't trust me because I didn't bring it up at interview. I don't feel I can win. I'm sure if I'd brought it up at interview, i wouldn't have been offered the job, and I wouldn't be happy not mentioning it at all. So now we are going to be relying on friends for a roof over heads while we try and figure out a way forward. I hate this disease and people's (mis)understanding of it. I've not had a relapse for over 5 years and am very grateful for that.

Only newly diagnosed and my company have been doing multiple layoffs and just waiting to get my marching orders . Its terrible that company's can justify not having the best candidates because of our disease which doesn't impact our work in any way

@Clare_Dix

Im not sure they are allowed to do that! I'd ask citizens advice for help. Good luck 🤞
