Gym or not

Hi guys, I was going gym classes, body pump x 3, body balance x 1, combat cardio x 1 and Zumba every week before I got really tired and started loosing my strength, I really need to get back into the gym and exercise as that was my life but am stressing out and haven’t been since diagnosis at the end of august it was my social life and made some great gym buddy’s but the fear going back stresses me to much, I’m due to start DMT in the next couple of weeks so I pray I will get the nerve to go back but don’t wanna seem weak and make a fool or myself, has anyone else been though this and any idea of the DMT will make me feel abit more human, I am going to be on kesimpta

Not on kesimpta but can definitely tell you that if it's something that made you feel human and good it's worth doing again! I'm getting back to the gym myself with a PT session and starting slow. That's the advice I'd give, start slow, see how you feel and you can build on it as you get used to the medication and any potential side effects. I was also very open with everyone about my MS and would tweak as I went. I used to go 6x a week to HIIT classes and had to fall back to 3 as I was so fatigued but I can honestly say those three classes a week helped my mental health so much I didn't even consider giving them up. Ah that’s cool I really need to go but there’s no way I can go after work as it’s making me so tired, have to cut my shifts now I am sleeping 10 hrs plus a night at the moment, I get on really well with my instructors the know about the MS as the have messaged me to find out where I have been 😂 Maybe I’ll give body pump again this week and get back into yoga see how it goes, I have previously lost 11stone so feel so lazy now 😂
