All I know about it is the stuff that you probably already know: during pregnancy relapses decrease by about 30% but then increase to about 30% above original levels in the year after birth.

i have not been on the disease modifying drugs. my ms nurse was pushing for me to start them when i was eventually diagnosed but i suspected i would have another baby so didn't want to start them and then come straight off them to try and get pregnant. i enjoyed being pregnant immensely and felt normal again, my relapses were mild in the first year, then more challenging when the kids reached 18 months. i chose to breastfeed them all until they reached 2 and will do the same for my 20 month old
