Hi, I am on Kesimpta and am also JC positive. I think it's a good, convenient drug. I get tired when I take my injection but I just make sure I take it early evening and then I sleep. However, I do then get some insomnia which isn't widely reported yet. I have two young children, 5 and 3 years. I started Kesimpta June 2023. Have you spoken with your nurse regarding trying for a baby? I've read kesimpta isn't recommended as it's unknown. I was on Lemtrada in 2015/16 then DMT free until Copaxone in 2022. I didn't like Copaxone. If you haven't, I would recommend having a chat with them and perhaps there's another drug suitable for your life choices also? 😊

@chloeautumnx thank you so much. I have spoken to them about it. Waiting to hear from the neurologist. I have also heard people taking it and then stopping as soon as they find out they are pregnant. I guess I just have to wait and see. I'm glad Kesimpta is working for you, that fills me with confidence. Thank you for taking the time to respond
