Theraphy switching

Hi, I was wondering did anyone had similar...? So, since Jan 2023 I was taking Tysabri, and I did take 12 infusions. In Jan 2024 I did switch to Aubagio. Now I am taking the medication for not even full 2 weeks, and I did have first signs of relaps... I did 4 weeks wash out from Tysabri, so eventually I have stopped the infusions over 6 weeks ago. I will be appreciated for any piece of Information Thanks

Hi @Ldfa_Fryc I haven’t had to come off Tysabri yet but my Neuro has spoken to me about switching. His biggest concern is a relapse because in his words more than often coming off Tysabri they find people have a relapse before the latest drug has taken effect to reduce the impact of a relapse. speak to your ms nurses and hopefully they will get you on steroids to reduce the time your relapse continues to burden you. good luck.
