We’ve just found out we’re pregnant with our second child and would love to hear your experiences and any thoughts. I was diagnosed after my first child so didn’t have this the first time round. I’ve been on tysabri since jan 2022, we had a miscarriage in jan 23 and was due to meet with my dr to discuss coming off tysabri due to us not being able to conceive since the miscarriage. My appointment is Friday and we’ve just found out we’re 7 weeks pregnant. I’m scared to carry on with my infusion (which is due Monday) for fear of another miscarriage. The ms nurse has said I could be at risk of a rebound relapse if I come of tysabri. I’m really unsure what’s the safest way forward for me and baby and wondered if anyone has been through anything similar Thank you Katie
