Working life change.....

So not been on here in ages but recently I made what feels like the biggest decision I have ever made. I have worked full time since I was 17, mostly in financial institutions in an IT area. Been self employed for 5 years to. I was confirmed as PPMS 2 years ago and my mobility is erm......decreasing. After discussions being held with my fiance I have made an approach to my manager to go down to 3 days a week I approached him this morning and the wheels are in motion. There are a few discussions still to be had but he has already agreed. It feels strange, I feel elated, I feel sad, I feel happy.....

I had to make the same decision a couple of years ago. I just cannot do the long hours anymore. My legs haven't been the same since August 2020. I got diagnosed 3 weeks after starting a new job. When you know, you know.
