Fatigue

Tuesday Nov 28 Post 126 Fatigue It’s that time of year when people are just plain tired. The fatigue we are all feeling can be caused by any one of these things: SAD Depression Stress chronic illness (MS, Parkinsons, MD, etc,) short-term illness (COVID, flu, cold) or it could be caused by a combination of these factors. Whatever the cause of your fatigue, be kind to yourself and practice self-care. Nap, stay hydrated, exercise when possible and eat healthy foods. Above all remember that “this too, shall pass.” And if you feel the need to talk to someone - call your therapist!
