How do people keep positive at all? I have no kids or wife/partner, I cant play my rugby which was always a huge part of my life and im not allowed into the lab where i work because of the dangerous chemicals we use. Now im a pretty positive person at the best of times but the sheer boredom through the day is starting to wear me down a bit where everyday is just a rinse and repeat of pretty much doing nothing
